Are you unknowingly sabotaging YOUR dreams?

Are you unknowingly sabotaging your dreams?

Here at Dream Party central, we are counting down the DAYS to the 5th annual Rhode Island Dream Party® - happening THIS FRIDAY!! We're busy putting the finishing touches on every dreamy detail to ensure that you have a fun-filled, dream-propelling evening you'll be talking about all year, and beyond!

If you are one of the 90+ folks who are already registered to come play with, "try on", celebrate and experiment with the dreams that live in your heart -- we simply can't wait to welcome you! And if you don't already have tickets, there are still a few days left to register - and as a member of our community, you can take an additional 25% OFF with Discount Code: DREAM25

But whether you can come on Friday or not, I wanted to share a very common misconception about dream realization, to help prevent you from UNKNOWINGLY sabotaging the realization of your dreams.

The crux of it is summed up beautifully in this Jack Canfield quote:

"Most people foul up at the crucial first step because they simply can't see how it's possible to get what they want, so they don't even let themselves want it. You must first decide what you want before your brain can figure out how to get it. Once you lock in your desires your mind and the universe can step in."

Are YOU guilty of not even letting yourself want it for this very reason?

If so, you're certainly not alone. Most people think the way to realize a dream is to figure out all the HOWs first. How you're going to bring it to fruition...How you're going to raise the money...schedule it...form a team...and on and on. All before they commit to the dream itself.

But that's just not how dream realization works.

This is what I know. It is time to let yourself want it - even and especially if you don't know how to bring your dream to fruition.

A past guest of The Dream Party described our enchanting "Footbridge to the Future" (it greets you at the entrance) by saying, "The footbridge to the future' serves as a metaphor for stepping not only into the future but into participating in one's dream for their life!"

I couldn't have said it better.

And here's what SO cool about this: You can walk over that metaphorical footbridge in this right now present moment --- by simply giving yourself permission and making the DECISION to participate fully in your dreams for your life.

No more living for later. The time to start living your dreams is now. Whatever "it" is for you...will you give yourself permission to want it?

Cheering wildy and hoping to see YOU on October 8th!

Tara
